Refs #2483. Chief explicitly selects continue/latest from current continuation facts through the existing task.run/attempt.continue path, avoiding repeated inheritance of an obsolete seed. Stale choices use existing bounded correction. Preserve drafts, PR ancestry, current authority and exit gates; an exited blocked running predecessor and successor commit together, with rollback on unconfirmed save. No new workflow, allocator or timer.
Validation at d1d0bed: full root verify 5,051 pass/0 fail/0 skipped, including 8 actual disposable DSH runtime scenarios; exact-head Node 24 and tests-ok SUCCESS (run41986344909). Scoped 230/0; 18 API/docs/policy-budget checks pass. Actual disposable Git checkouts cover latest/continue, arbitration, stale choices, draft/PR protection, save rollback and forged authority. Module line coverage: Chief98.40%, delivery96.53%, pools96.13%; added-line comparison finds no new lines in V8 uncovered ranges, branch combinations are not exhaustive. Memory, owned architecture, decision/changelog, OpenAPI and patch mirrors updated.
Delivery-only Owner basic-gate scope applies. Target branch rules are empty and PR is mergeable. enqueue-guard refuses solely because there is no independent Verifier report for this head; no independent PASS is claimed or fabricated. No main merge, rule edits or admin bypass.
Not run: actual Docker transport for the baseline-specific regressions (emulated transport with real Git), real-model Chief judgement or live OpenToday deployment/acceptance. Parent remains open for onsite acceptance.
