- convert eols to LF
- Add a .gitattribute to keep inconsistencies from happening again

@jschueller Thanks for the contribution. I'd like to keep the .gitattributes addition, but I'd prefer not to rewrite the existing files' line endings because it obscures git blame and repository history. Could you please remove the dos2unix include/* commit from this PR? |
