Cooking pot integration doesn't detect cooking pot through stove #795

Describe the Issue

It detects the cooking pot when it's on the floor, but it needs to be on a stove to work.

Cooking pots therefore need to be either set into the floor or touching an elevated cooking block to work. Things like a cooking pot in a kitchen island with counters to either side don't work, unless a multiblock component is on the counters. Same with a cooking pot next to the oven, with a non-kitchen-floor block for the wall.

Possible solution A: count the stove as part of the multiblock
Possible solution B: declare this intended behaviour

i don't think this actually needs a log, it's just an off-feeling implementation detail of the cooking pot
