Reference map 'kuma_api.refmap.json' for kuma_api.mixins.json could not be read. If this is a development environment you can ignore this message
appears at startup, assuming I'm not in a 'dev environment' this shouldn't happen

Mod version: 21.0.8

Some loaders need refmaps, some don't. The log message can simply be ignored. This is not worth a fix on older versions.
