Mismatch between code name in CodeMapper and dictionary browser #97

Description

@Simamohammad

I was checking a few codes against their original dictionary and noticed that some code names do not appear to follow the source dictionary.
As shown in the screenshot below, for the code I21 in the "AMI" codelist, Codemapper displays the code name as "Coronary artery rupture." However, when I checked the ICD10CM Browser, the official code name for I21 is "Acute myocardial infarction," while "Coronary artery rupture" appears only in the associated subset or related terms list.

My question is whether this behaviour is due to a bug in Codemapper or whether it originates from the UMLS mapping system. What could be the underlying cause of this discrepancy, and what are the possible solutions?
