[FIX] apriori: renames and merges of the modules of Viindoo lost in 15.0 - #741

Installed on databases coming from 14.0, without code in 15.0 under their name,
so far left "to upgrade" for good ("not installable, skipped" at every later
migration).
Renamed:
- viin_l10n_vn_einvoice_sale -> l10n_vn_viin_einvoice_sale and
viin_l10n_vn_hr_account -> l10n_vn_viin_hr_account: the viin_l10n_vn_* modules
are l10n_vn_viin_* in 15.0, like the ones renamed above
- to_loan_management_l10n_vn -> l10n_vn_viin_loan_management: rename and upgrade
for v15 (65c4c3ebad)
- to_tvtma_sale_crm -> viin_sale_crm: moved to erponline-enterprise (a377c992)
Merged:
- to_currency_rate -> base: the inverse rates are computed by base in 15.0
- to_l10n_vn_currency_conversion_diff -> to_currency_conversion_diff: only default
accounts, not ported
- to_lines_count_on_account_move -> to_account_accountant: merged into it (4ee93e12d)
- viin_remove_only_reference_from_one2many -> web: not ported, nothing depends on it
in 15.0
- to_enterprise_mobile -> base: [REM] (f98dfc035)
