- 新增 src/login-nudge.js：从有打卡记录的第 2 天起，当天打卡保存后 900ms 弹出非阻断登录提示；每天最多一次，关闭 3 次后永久静默，频控存于本机 shadow_mate_login_nudge_v1 - 写字练习打印按钮下方与家长区“自定义积分项”增加未登录静态登录入口，不计入关闭次数 - 使用统计新增 nudge_shown / nudge_clicked / nudge_dismissed / login_completed / local_claimed 固定事件，沿用“设置 → 隐私”关闭规则 - 同步隐私说明（中英文）、架构、用户指南、使用统计说明、CHANGELOG 与 Release Notes 至 1.9.0
