Show all regions that are currently registered to the Grid Services
When clicking on a region, open up the Region Info page or redirect to the Region Details page

Logged In Users:

See empty spots both graphically and textually in region coordinates
Claim a empty spot (reservation) by clicking next to an already owned region, which opens the Region Edit page
Show a list of all the owned regions and allow the map to "display" the region when clicked
