Add a comparison page covering approach, React integration, HLS and DASH, captions, subtitle editing, published bundle sizes, license, and maintenance as of October 2026, including when React AV is not the best fit. Link it from the Getting Started sidebar. This is the first docs table, so make table headers readable in both themes and let wide tables scroll on narrow screens. Run the scrollable focus helper after the page loads and include tables, so keyboard users can reach a table that scrolls horizontally.

Summary
The docs had no comparison with other React video players. A new page compares React AV with Vidstack, Media Chrome, Video.js 8 and Video.js 10, and lists the cases where one of those is the better choice. It links to each project's own docs, repository and npm pages. This is the first table in the docs, so tables now use the same type and labels as the rest of the docs, with light row lines, and scroll sideways on narrow screens.
