Summary

Add a repeatable per-device/per-host acceptance record for the complete Android-to-OBS workflow, including exact artifact hashes and default INCONCLUSIVE results.

Evidence

  • git diff --check and git show --check: passed.
  • Local Markdown link check: passed.
  • No phone or OBS run was performed. All physical matrix cells and template checks start INCONCLUSIVE.
  • The record covers install/update, discovery, reservation, video/audio, controls, Stop/reconnect, OBS restart, source removal, Virtual Camera, 30-minute sync/thermal measurements, and failure isolation.

Yashas's code review bot: Reviewed the latest documentation/evidence update. The acceptance template keeps unrun checks explicitly INCONCLUSIVE, distinguishes emulator/module-load evidence from physical end-to-end acceptance, records exact artifact identity requirements, and does not overstate the partial results. All exact-head CI workflows are green and I found no correctness, security, or merge-blocking issue in this docs-only change. This PR is safe to merge.
