Remove obsolete OpenStream documentation and agent guidance

The repository's Markdown guidance described an outdated SRT connection direction and security model, and several files directed agents toward old product plans. Remove all tracked Markdown documentation, including AGENTS.md and README.md, plus the unused setup illustrations.

The release workflow now generates notes instead of reading the deleted template. The website's setup link points to its inline setup section. Documentation-only assertions were removed from the repository test suite; code and protocol behavior checks remain.

Validation: 112 repository tests pass, the website builds, and no Markdown or docs/ files remain tracked. This PR is stacked on #67 so its code changes and version metadata can be reviewed separately.
