Cleanup procedures
- Mark all outdated articles as "Outdated".
- All members ensure all outdated articles are correctly marked.
- After 15 days of evaluation, articles that marked as outdated will be deleted.
- 将过时的文章标记为 “ 过时的”
- 所有成员确保所有过时的文章都已被正确标记。
- 经过15天的评估后，标记为过时的文章将被删除。
