Strange graphical issues occur on console with almost all 3D models

Current Behavior

Some models will not scroll with the screen correctly, some will have holes in their geometry, and some will have z-fighting on their textures. See attached uploads for reference.

Expected Behavior

All 3D models should display normally.

Steps to Reproduce

Load any RedCore mod via Telkin on console. These issue do not occur when Telkin and RedCore are disabled.

I cannot, attached is a video of 7-1 on Cemu, with the same mods enabled. None of the issues occur there
