Adds a Research section with versioned TRACE, cMCP and Agent Manifest technical reports. Each report has a readable abstract, PDF, source/evidence package, BibTeX and CITATION.cff downloads, limitations, version history and links to current implementation guidance.

The release explicitly labels the reports as not peer reviewed and preserves historical measurements. It corrects the TRACE fixture-outcome description and cMCP false-discovery terminology, narrows hardware claims, and carries the required patent notices. Only these three reports are exported; the mixed papers repository remains private.

Scholar citation tags, structured metadata, sitemap entries and navigation are generated from reviewed metadata. PDF/source hashes and generated-file checks run in CI. Citations use versioned URLs until external archive DOIs exist.

Validation: three Tectonic 0.16.9 PDF builds; all 45 PDF pages visually inspected; site link, header, discovery and house-style checks pass; eight desktop/mobile browser checks pass with no horizontal overflow or script errors. Mobile menu and the no-JavaScript abstract were checked. Historical benchmarks were not rerun; missing original SDK provenance is disclosed.
