Scope\nAdds a narrow synthetic adapter probe that calls the released cmcp-runtime 0.7.0 MCPGateway and ca2a-runtime 0.4.0 signed TRACE DAG APIs with bounded transaction context. New positive and refusal controls execute actual published library functions.\n\n## Evidence\nPython 3.12 isolated environment: 30/30 confidential-workflow harness tests passed at c4f748a. No external model or remote execution.\n\n## Boundaries\nThis is NOT the completed protocol transport adapter, an independently verified composed acceptance, or hardware/live evidence. The API probe performs zero real tool dispatches. Issue #199 stays open.\n\nPlease review this as a component-interoperability milestone, not a closure claim.
