Add validated SVG playback progress with rendering tests - #13

Add a "Set ProgressBar <color>" command that renders an animated 1px bar at the bottom of the SVG that grows left to right over the animation duration. Supports #RGB, #RRGGBB, and #RRGGBBAA hex colors. The progress bar is opt-in — it only renders when a color is explicitly set. The default (no setting) produces no progress bar, keeping existing behavior unchanged. The bar is placed inside the inner SVG element so its CSS animation applies correctly in both browsers and non-browser renderers (librsvg, Inkscape, etc.).

SVG playback now supports an optional one-pixel progress bar through
Set ProgressBar "#9B79FF". The bar accepts quoted#RGB,#RRGGBB, and#RRGGBBAAcolors and uses the terminal animation’s speed and loop offset. This retains the contribution from #9 and its original commits. The repair rejects invalid colors, escapes XML attributes, and documents browser animation separately from static rendering. Static renderers display the full bar.
Validation:
The contributor fork rejected the authenticated LFS lock check during a dry-run push. This replacement uses an owned branch and preserves the contributor’s published history.
Resolves #9.
