Adds a
.blobdata strategy that keepsDataas is in the dictionary.The existing ones can't:
.base64makes a string,.deferredToDataa byte array and.customcan't writeDataat all. Really useful withWCSessionwhich takesDatadirectly and has a payload size limit.
