docs(claude): the private plan by its path in the resume repository - #16

This checkout moved from resume/repos/ to ~/Work/andrii/repos/ on 2026-10-08 and is reached through a symlink there. The relative ../../.claude/plans/ now resolves to ~/Work/andrii/.claude from the real location, so the plan is named by its home-relative path.
