OpenState

A collective memory about how public services behave.

Purpose

OpenState preserves knowledge about how public services behave in reality.

Not to debate solutions. Not to push agendas. To document what happens — so that knowledge doesn't disappear and patterns become visible.

What OpenState produces

Documented situations — each one describes a real experience in a public service, with evidence and context.

Pattern visibility — over time, similar situations connect. Isolated problems reveal recurring patterns.

Collective memory — decisions grounded in documented reality, not opinion.

Core Principles

  • Observable, reproducible situations only
  • Evidence required for every entry
  • Situations separated from solutions
  • No ideological or partisan framing
  • Structure over opinion
