Anne-Marie Sharp


I am an MPH student with a background in Medical Laboratory Science, developing my focus in epidemiology and population health research.

I am interested in understanding why people and populations experience different health outcomes, what factors shape disease and health, and how research can help us better understand, prevent, and control health problems.

My experience spans clinical laboratory practice, healthcare data analysis, microbiome research curation, and open-source research mentorship. I use data and research tools to investigate health questions, curate scientific evidence, and contribute to collaborative research.

I am currently developing my epidemiological and research skills through my MPH while exploring the health questions I want to investigate long term.
