Release scope

Prepare AppWatcher 1.7.1 (build 17112) for Play. This PR bumps versionCode from 17102 on master to 17112, regenerates distinct release baseline/startup profiles on a physical device, and makes the profile journey retry stale watchlist nodes without flinging over the horizontal app cards. The functional changes below have already been merged into master; this PR packages them in a new release build.

Changes since the last confirmed Play production release

The last Play production build confirmed in the release-track check was 1.7.0 (17005, August 23). The public GitHub tag v17009 is also 1.7.0, but was not on Play production at that check; open testing had 1.7.1 (17100). This is a cumulative production changelog, not just the delta from the previous prepared build (17111).

• After 17005, through the v17009 GitHub release: steadier watchlist and Play-backed search/wishlist/purchase-history paging, less list flicker, notifications marked viewed when dismissed, and more reliable settings/theme and on-device-app state (Fix watchlist paging duplicate keys #119, Fix repeated DFE paging keys #122, Reduce main list flicker #125, Fix repeated update notifications after dismiss #127, Prepare 1.7.0 release #128).
• More accurate update detection since v17009: corrected Android 15+ Play device handling, installed-version reconciliation, and false updates for already-current, delisted, or disabled apps. Cached app metadata and update descriptions survive sparse Play responses; re-enabling an app cannot revive a stale update (Fix Android 15 ghost updates and Play devices #142, Fix residual ghost Play Store updates #146, Preserve cached app metadata on sparse update-check responses #150, Repair already-blanked app metadata #152, Stop showing delisted apps as updated #154, Restore update descriptions lost to sparse update-check responses #155, Fix installed update reconciliation #164, Handle disabled installed apps #167).
• Better watchlists and app details: paging stays stable during sync, manual refresh picks up installed versions, changelog history marks the installed version, recently installed cards handle wrapped titles, and disabled apps are labeled clearly without an Open action (Stabilize watchlist paging during sync updates #129, Refresh local versions on watchlist refresh #144, Mark installed version in changelog history #147, Fix recently installed card heights #161, Handle disabled installed apps #167).
• Sync and reliability: deleted tags now propagate to Google Drive instead of reappearing; sync uses less peak memory and provides clearer failure diagnostics. Guarded the Settings document picker when no file manager is available, and fixed a Material3 text-field regression before release (Reduce peak memory during sync #156, Guard Settings document picker against a missing file manager #159, Improve sync failure diagnostics #162, Propagate local tag deletions to Google Drive #165, Fix Material3 TextField crash from mismatched compose-material3 #157, Add regression coverage for the Material3 TextField ABI crash #158).
• Platform: refreshed the Android and Kotlin/Compose dependencies and compile SDK (Update libraries and bump compileSdk to 37 #141, Update libraries to Compose BOM 2026.08.00 and Kotlin 2.4.10 #149).
