Send Messages API requests to the Amazon Bedrock endpoint
(bedrock-mantle.{region}.api.aws/anthropic), signed with AWS credentials
or a Bedrock API key, through the Go SDK's bedrock.NewMantleClient. The
tier mirrors the Claude Platform on AWS tier: --bedrock-region
(ANTHROPIC_BEDROCK_REGION) or a key piped to --bedrock-api-key-stdin
selects it; AWS_BEARER_TOKEN_BEDROCK is honoured as the key once
selected but does not select on its own, since other Bedrock clients
export it; --bedrock-base-url (ANTHROPIC_BEDROCK_MANTLE_BASE_URL)
replaces the endpoint; --base-url / ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL are not used with
AWS credentials. It sits at tier 7, below Claude Platform on AWS and
above the implicit profile, so ANTHROPIC_AWS_API_KEY never reaches
Bedrock. Bedrock serves the Messages API only; the other resources,
apply and beta:worker are not available there and the README says so.
