This change makes filter expressions like
addresses[primary EQ "True"]work.https://scimvalidator.microsoft.com/ seems to expect such expressions to work... (and yes, it sets primary attributes to
"True"instead oftruein its POST requests as well... but fortunately that seems to already work)
