Happypig375 on #1468: condense the templates, and reorganise the labels. The four type templates are one, and it asks for no kind. The same report is a Bug or a Feature depending on what turns out to be true, and the person who hit the behaviour is not the one best placed to say which -- which is the reason given on the issue for having no type templates at all. What a report is useless without is kept: what you ran, what it did, what it should have done, and where that expectation comes from. Blank issues stay enabled beside it, and the two contact links still send questions and ideas to Discussions. The labels are seven where they were twelve. `up-for-grabs`, its three difficulty variants and `good first issue` are gone: reserving work for a newcomer is what they were for, and that is not how this repository is worked now. The six open issues that carried them -- #283, #321, #500, #505, #534, #542 -- are ordinary claimable work, by whoever opens a pull request on them. What is left is `Accepted`, `Opinions wanted`, `Design document` and the four `Area: *`. Part of #1468. Your reason on the issue holds — an outside reporter classifies by what annoyed them, not by what the code does, so a person who hits a wrong answer files a Feature and a person who wants a function files a Bug. What a report is useless without is kept: what you ran (pasteable, with the package if known), what it did, what it should have done and where that expectation comes from. Blank issues stay enabled beside it, and the two contact links still send questions and ideas to Discussions.
