Add Local Disk Storage Adapter #1

Description

@parasmani-dev

The application currently relies on an external storage backend, making local/offline development difficult and requiring extra setup for testing.

Proposed Solution:
Add a local-disk-adapter.ts in the backend storage directory that implements the existing StorageAdapter interface and stores encrypted chunks in a local folder using Node.js fs operations.

Benefits:

Enables offline usage
Simplifies local development and testing
Supports multi-backend architecture
Improves flexibility and adoption

    Hi! I reviewed the current storage architecture and noticed that the project already uses an adapter-based design for storage backends, but currently relies mainly on Telegram storage.
    I’d like to work on adding a Local Disk Storage Adapter that integrates with the existing storage abstraction layer. This would help improve:
    local development and testing
    offline usage
    backend flexibility
    easier debugging without external providers
    I plan to implement it in a way that stays consistent with the existing adapter architecture and filesystem workflow.
    Could you please assign this issue to me?
