docs: add CONTRIBUTING.md file for onboarding guidelines

Description

The repository currently lacks a standardized CONTRIBUTING.md guide. Adding this file will help future GSSoC contributors understand the rules for branching, commit messaging formatting, and how to submit a Pull Request correctly.

Proposed Solution

Create a new file named CONTRIBUTING.md in the root folder containing basic open-source workflow rules for this project.
