The provided download links don't work. I got the files from https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ZNix/openovr/build/job/6c7g6fyp5a5acbq6/artifacts tho.

    Thanks for reporting this! I've opened a PR to fix the download links: #7. This updates the broken URLs to the correct locations. Thanks again!
