feat: RefactorIA CLI parity + graceful navigation fallback - #68

No history usage of gs; drop alias gs 'git status' and update its test and docs. gst remains git stash, untouched.
…targets - _go_first_existing_dir/_go_dev_dir now fall back to the nearest existing ancestor with a notice instead of hard-failing on hosts that lack part of the workspace layout (Linux agents). - innit/work/cowork default to ~/dev/innit-sas (real workspace) instead of the nonexistent ~/dev/barbatdev/innit on every host. - new commands: refactoria -> $REFACTORIA_DIR (~/dev/refactoria) and gentle -> $GENTLE_DIR (~/dev/gentle). - zsh: rename the RefactorIA logo command to refactoria-logo to free the refactoria name for navigation. - tests updated to the new contract.
- fish navigation: keep branch redesign (graceful ancestor fallback, innit-sas targets, tested). - CI/README/install/flake/nix/scripts/zsh structure: take main's newer infrastructure (extracted cortex-dotfiles.zsh, fish CI, nix preflight).
