• CAMPAIGN_PLAN.md I076: merged as Quantile model: retrain the winner on all rows by default (refit_full) #180 (180f765), branch deleted, the exact-output snapshot re-checked (only the two quantile configurations fitted without an eval_set moved) and rebaselined (186/186).
• F7 holds for the maintainer's call. Q1 (honest leaf quantiles) is the only queued item, and its own draft calls the trade-off genuinely uncertain; its coverage motivation is gone, and it needs a third data split. The leaf-cost speed item isn't a cheap win either.
