docs: update block reward to 25 BTCS

Updates the documented BTCS block reward from 50 BTCS to 25 BTCS to reflect the current network reward.

This is a documentation-only change. No consensus or blockchain code has been modified.

reward - current - 25
reward - intial - 50

ok, in a future release we will update readme also but now for a 2 char change we do not bump release version.

Just a small documentation fix here, changing the block reward from 50 to 25 BTCS since the network is already at 25.

I know this is only one line, but I wanted to get Silver Labs Technology & Development connected with the BTCS core repo and start building the relationship here. I’ve set up a Silver Labs fork so we can work on future BTCS development, testing, research and other projects without messing with the live network.

This is just the first small contribution. More to come as we start working on things.
