fix(renderer): title-case card titles; revert the shared title CSS rule - #16

Conversation
Feeds mix sentence case and title case, so cards in one issue read in different styles. Article titles are now title-cased at render time (Chicago-style minor words; acronyms, inner-capital brands, versions and CJK titles left as written). The shared heading rule from the previous change is reverted; the larger, left-aligned card title stays.
