Bars default to terminal color; --dim applies DarkGray (ANSI 8) to reduce brightness on dark-background terminals. Also configurable via `dim = true` in config.toml.

Some terminals have a very dark background and the white is too jarring. Add flag for dim bars.
(Sidenote: May make the dim bars the default in a future version)
