feat: a social preview for the GitHub repository - #6

A link to bounda-dev/bounda showed the card GitHub generates for any repository. The image uploaded in its settings is the hero at the 1280 by 640 GitHub asks for, captured as public/og.jpg was: the live head of the stream in ochre at the monolith's foot, without the nav links, the hero's foot or the readout. It lives in brand/ because GitHub keeps only its own copy.
