Summary

  • Renovate config for the landing, the same policy as bounda-dev/bounda: one weekly pull request with every non-major update, merged by Renovate once CI is green, plus a weekly lock file refresh.
  • Majors, and minors below 1.0 (three, @types/three, @astrojs/check), open no pull request until they are ticked in the Dependency Dashboard.

Changes

  • renovate.json extending config:best-practices, conventional commit subjects, squash merges.
  • schedule: on monday (Europe/Madrid) for updates and lock file maintenance: the Mend-hosted app visits a repository every day or two at no fixed hour, so a narrower window gets skipped.
  • rangeStrategy: pin: the first pull request turns the ^ ranges in package.json into exact versions.

Key Features

  • renovate-config-validator --strict (Renovate 44.134.1) passes.

After merging, add bounda-website to the Renovate GitHub App installation so Mend picks it up.

Every Monday the minors, patches and pins land in one pull request that
Renovate merges once CI is green, and the lock file refresh in another.
Majors, and minors below 1.0 (three, @astrojs/check), wait for approval
in the Dependency Dashboard. The schedule covers the whole Monday because
the Mend-hosted app visits a repository at no fixed hour.
