EnableQueuePause remains exposed through the CLI, YAML configuration, and monitor config, but it is neither passed to nor read by the monitor. Although the Stacks API response includes the queue’s paused state and the downstream handlers support pausing, nothing connects them. Controllers therefore continue reserving and processing jobs regardless of this setting.
