annotator does not always annotate using Ensembl (and 10X) GTF files #3
The Ensembl-format example and its gffutils database are now on master in #8. The regression test covers a transcript without a gene feature, including ENST00000606034 from this report, and annotation returns the expected gene/transcript feature rather than dropping it. The unit suite passes with this example. Closing as fixed; a reproducible counterexample from a full release 87 file would warrant reopening.
