Horizon does not provide several libc APIs and types that are assumed by the generic Unix implementation. The affected code was being compiled unconditionally, resulting in missing symbols, incompatible types, and imports that are unavailable on Horizon.
pollflag type, which since horizon: Change POLL constants from c_short to c_int rust-lang/libc#5045 usesc_intrather thanc_short.These changes are limited to conditional compilation and platform-specific type handling; existing behavior on other targets is unchanged.
