The latest wasmtime needs rust 1.95.
This PR needs some yarddoc changes. Thats because this version includes rust-lang/rust#153540 which removes the consumed derive-helper attributes during AST lowering, so the magnus metadata is no longer appearing in the rustdoc and thus we can't infer the ruby classes. So, the affected classes now use explicit
@rename Classannotations.
