Club Code has an optional Matrix appearance setting that adds fixed half-width kana and seven reviewed cat AA tokens to Japanese streams. Current Cafe dev and the current Matrix adoption drafts do not expose this setting.
I plan a small, incremental draft on the reviewed Matrix/work-vocabulary prerequisites (John-Ryan21337#100 and #105). It will add a default-off setting, English/Japanese control text, intact bounded head tokens through the shared Canvas/GPU traversal, and tests for Roman-only output, disabling, and scene preservation. The vocabulary and cat tokens remain separate; selected-thread work labels keep head priority.
This is decorative local content. It does not load a 2ch page, use accounts or external feeds, or expand the live activity feature. Before/after screenshots and a short synthetic interaction recording will accompany the draft. No upstream adoption or merge is assumed.
