The engine slice pins Butterchurn 2.6.7 and presets 2.4.7, loads bundled preset packs only on explicit use, preserves the caller-owned audible audio graph, and bounds render dimensions, frame rate, preset cycling, failures and cleanup. Its public controller/catalog will be consumed by a separate complete visualizer UI follow-up. The prerequisite alone does not activate a feature or capture audio.
The port will include deterministic lifecycle tests, a synthetic silent browser check where practical, dependency/license review, an independent audit, and the repository's required gates. It will not read real audio, accounts, microphones or screen capture.
