Proposal: current-dev provider-observed Matrix activity routes

Club Code has a provider-observed Matrix activity visualization that is separate from decorative glyph rain and the selected-thread vocabulary draft. Historical Club fork proposals contain parts of it on old lineages; current Cafe dev and the new Matrix drafts do not yet have the complete integration.

I plan two focused, incremental drafts on the current Matrix/vocabulary prerequisites:

1. Add the existing bounded activity classifier to the current provider ingestion seam. Preserve current async-question handling and all provider versions. Persist only a fixed providerObserved marker/category in new observations, retain exact item IDs for lifecycle correlation, and exercise the existing vocabulary consumer. No command is executed by the classifier.
2. Add the default-off, selected-thread Canvas activity overlay and controls. Correlate only reported lifecycle/agent relationships, keep raw IDs and payload text out of rendering, bound retained observations/routes/draw work, expire quiet routes, and clear the prior thread before paint. GPU glyph drawing keeps its existing Canvas overlay fallback.

The display represents provider reports and decorative routing. It is not packet capture, network throughput, database monitoring, or measured provider runtime. Synthetic ingestion, drawing, route-switch and retention tests plus clear UI media will accompany the drafts. No upstream merge is assumed.

The first runnable adoption slice is published as draft Club PR110, exact head d6e1d0f76ff52149013705205f6fd3c290b6278e, on vocabulary PR105. It adds fixed observations through current Cafe ingestion and preserves current provider versions and asynchronous questions. Fresh review, focused regressions, full required checks/test graph, and forced desktop build passed. The separate visual overlay is still under implementation and review; this draft does not claim that part is complete.

最初の動作する差分を上記ドラフトとして公開しました。現行 Cafe の取り込み処理へ固定の分類を追加し、現行プロバイダーと非同期質問の処理を維持します。独立レビュー、必須検査、全テスト、強制ビルドが成功しました。描画差分は実装・レビュー中であり、このドラフトで完了したとは扱いません。

The separate visual overlay is now draft Club PR113, head e5d6b3479d9d5d5959ba871124a550b46017a374, directly on the producer #110. It provides the opt-in route controls, both glyph-backend integration, prepaint selected-thread clearing and quiet reduced-motion expiry. Fresh review, full required checks/test graph, 337 Chromium tests, and forced desktop build passed. The source guide includes synthetic before/after images and an inspected 9.96-second recording. These routes represent reports, not measured traffic or verified execution.

描画差分も上記ドラフトとして公開しました。任意の設定、両描画方式への接続、スレッド切替前の表示消去、静止表示の期限を含みます。独立レビュー、必須検査、全テスト、337件のブラウザー検査、強制ビルドが成功しました。合成画像と操作動画を同梱しました。経路は報告を表し、通信量や実行結果の計測・証明ではありません。
