Club has an opt-in Matrix vocabulary that uses bounded operation labels and filtered file basenames from the explicitly selected thread. Current Cafe and the advanced Matrix runtime proposal do not yet provide this integration.
I am preparing an incremental draft on the reviewed Matrix runtime (Club fork #100, head 1fb29f2b) that adds the setting, exact environment/thread selection, bounded extraction, and shared Canvas/GPU token rendering. Changing vocabulary must update the existing scene rather than reseed it. It must clear on route changes or disablement, preserve reduced-motion/visibility policy, and never extract prompts, command text, or file contents. Filename filtering is best effort, not a secret-detection guarantee.
This slice does not add activity links, 2ch enrichment, provider requests, or background monitoring. Validation will use synthetic activities and real browser rendering, with before/after images, an interaction video, scoped adversarial tests, independent review, all repository checks, and a forced desktop build. The draft will be hosted in the fork so it can remain an incremental diff over the Matrix prerequisite.
