From building out #3302
The new Text/Box utility components help a lot; however, there is still the need for one-off styling for the most fine-grained control (bottom border or bottom margin) or missing gaps (icon fill).
This adds utility classes for Carbon semantic tokens to allow true composition from primitive styles. Heavily Tailwind inspired (should complement it). This avoids having to use
all.cssand use rawvar()access.Documentation is quite bare; there should be a full reference page of all semantic Carbon utility classes.
