• Related videos after a YouTube video: when a video finishes, the player opens its related videos page (titled with the finished video, "Finished · related videos") instead of going back to the menu. The lookup starts when the video starts playing, so the videos are usually ready by the end.
• Picking a video there plays it in place of the page, so a chain of videos doesn't stack up pages: Back (or Stop) returns to wherever playback started.
• Local files are unchanged: episodes still get Up Next, films still go straight back.

Tried in the app on the Mac with a short video ("Me at the zoo"): the page came up with YouTube's suggestions when it ended. Not yet tried on the TV PC.

Bumps the version to 0.20.0.
