Obiettivo

Chiudere la FASE 8 del piano di lancio: una build web distribuibile via varano239-web.zip, pronta per i portali che incastonano il gioco in un iframe (itch.io per primo).

Modifiche

• npm run dist (scripts/build-dist.mjs): costruisce con base relativa ./ e senza service worker, verifica l'artifact e produce varano239-web.zip con index.html alla root (niente assolutizzazione, niente dipendenza di caricamento dai domini di produzione)
• vite.config.ts: VITE_BASE_PATH=./ ora accettato (base relativa), VITE_NO_SW=1 esclude il service worker, VITE_OUT_DIR per dirigere l'output senza toccare dist/ di produzione
• src/main.ts: registrazione service worker disattivata dalla variabile VITE_NO_SW (negli iframe dei portali non si può registrare un SW)
• src/app/bootstrap.ts: l'errore di bootstrap usa resolveMessage invece di appConfigForLocale, togliendo dagli URL di produzione dal bundle JS di runtime
• check nel comando dist: index.html/en/index.html senza riferimenti assoluti o risorse esterne (canonical/hreflang e link GitHub restano come metadata/ipertesti intenzionali), JS senza fetch verso URL assoluti, CSS senza url() esterne, niente sw.js
• ESLint ignora dist-dist/; .gitignore ignora dist-dist/ e varano239-web.zip; ADR-020 aggiornata; comando documentato nel README

Verifica

• npm run dist verde: 93 KB, 20 file, index.html alla root
• avvio verificato in browser sotto un sotto-path /portal/ (come un portale): IT e EN caricano le 4 card ruolo senza errori console, lang corretto
• npm run check verde: format, lint, typecheck, validazione, 321 unit test, build, budget bundle, 57 test Playwright
• build di produzione su Netlify invariata (base /, SW attivo)

Messa in produzione

Draft per il test del proprietario. Dopo la verifica della preview può diventare Ready for review ed essere mergiata su main. L'upload su itch.io è il passo successivo (FASE 9).
