사용자가 최신 실행본 검토 후 완료 이슈 정리와 릴리즈를 승인했습니다. #120의 사용자가 수정·확정한 최종 범위를 완료로 정리하며, 아래 이전 More/Fit/상태 정보 시안은 이력입니다. 해상도·Color Space는 적절한 RAW 입력에서 조절하고, 하단은 보간/배율만, Options는 공통 모드 설정을 제공하며, 기존 우클릭·S·E·Ctrl+O·전체 화면을 유지합니다. 후속 작업 #121 이후와 상위 작업 묶음 전체를 완료로 간주하지 않습니다.

최종 검증: Viewer 1,790 / 시작·RAW 131 PASS, Comparator 779 PASS (이후 Comparator production 변경 없음), 공통 UI/Core 및 두 일반 Release 빌드와 실제 최신 창 확인. v2.8.2 변경 이력을 1,500자 미만의 Store용 문장으로 준비했습니다. 로컬 버전은 0.0.0-dev로 유지하며 태그 빌드는 Actions가 버전을 부여합니다. 릴리즈 워크플로 완료를 계속 기다리지 않습니다. 병합·태그의 실제 결과는 다음 상태 기록으로 구분합니다.

The user accepted the latest approved #120 scope and authorized merge/issue closure/release. Earlier contrary designs and no-release notes below are review history. Future redesign jobs/epics remain open. Release preparation changes documentation only after the verified source; queued/in-progress Actions are not claimed successful. 재생 가능한 RAW/Y4M 조작과 최신 실행본 / Editable framed RAW — 2026-10-19

bfdfcce: .yuv 확장자의 Y4M을 고정 BGR 비디오가 아닌 원본 프레임 입력으로 처리해, 지원하는 Y4M에서도 해상도·Color Space를 변경할 수 있게 했습니다. 실제 FRAME 경계를 인덱싱하여 헤더가 픽셀이 되지 않도록 하고, 큰 해석 크기는 프레임 안에서 0으로 채웁니다. 헤더의 FPS·탐색·자동 재생과 기존 일반 RAW/MP4/JPEG 경로를 유지합니다. 지원 native 형식은 8-bit 420 변형/기본값, 420p10, mono이며 그 외 Y4M은 기존 비디오 디코딩으로 폴백합니다.

사용자가 보고 있던 창은 메뉴 추가 전 Issue120RawPlaybackReview였음을 확인했습니다. 이번에는 Issue120RawEditableReview/Viewer.exe를 실제로 실행해 지정된 YUV를 열고, 활성화된 해상도·Color Space 메뉴와 Options의 Selection Mode / Sync Input Across Viewer Windows를 직접 확인했습니다. 새 창에 Options를 열어 두었고 이전 창은 닫지 않았습니다.

검증: 전체 Viewer 1,790 PASS, 시작/RAW 131 PASS, 공통 UI/Core, 일반·검사용 Viewer Release 빌드 및 diff 검사 통과. 생성된 가변 길이 FRAME 테스트와 사용자 지정 로컬 원본을 읽기 전용으로 검사했습니다. 소스 파일·Windows 설정·Qt·Comparator production 코드는 변경하지 않았습니다. 병합·릴리즈하지 않았습니다.

Read supported Y4M containers as indexed native RAW regardless of suffix, allowing actual resolution/color-space reinterpretation without consuming frame markers or neighboring payloads. Keep fixed intrinsic-format restrictions on decoded MP4/JPEG; unsupported Y4M layouts retain the existing video fallback. Verified 1,790 full Viewer / 131 startup-RAW checks, common UI/core tests and Viewer Release builds, including the designated local source. Ordinary Computer Use opened the latest actual binary and confirmed both editable source menus and the existing approved Options entries. PR remains draft; no merge or release.

Options와 우클릭의 공통 설정 / Shared interaction settings — 2026-10-18

사용자 승인에 따라 609649a에 반영했습니다. Viewer Options에 **Selection Mode (S)**와 Sync Input Across Viewer Windows, Comparator Options에 **Selection Mode (S)**를 추가했습니다. 기존 우클릭 접근은 유지하고 Sel Mode 명칭을 명확히 했습니다. 각 앱의 Options/우클릭/S는 같은 상태와 토글을 사용하며 체크가 일치합니다. Comparator는 Timeline이 활성화돼도 문서 명령으로 실행됩니다. Clear Selection/Esc와 패널별 Color Space 위치는 유지하며, Comparator용 Sync Input이나 새 전역 설정은 만들지 않았습니다.

검증: Viewer 전체 1,748 PASS, 시작/RAW 131 PASS, Comparator 전체 779 PASS (실제 ONNX LPIPS·PSNR/SSIM·ROI 포함), Windows UI/Core 검사와 두 앱의 일반·검사용 Release 빌드 통과. 수정본은 각 앱의 x64/Issue120InteractionReview에 준비했습니다. 기존 실행 창은 교체하지 않았으며 병합·릴리즈하지 않았습니다. 아래의 ‘메뉴 변경은 검토안·미구현’ 기록은 이전 상태입니다.

Expose the approved interaction settings in Options without removing canvas shortcuts: Selection Mode in both apps and per-window synchronization in Viewer only. Reuse actual mode flags, legacy command IDs and handlers; route Comparator selection through its document so Timeline focus works. Keep contextual Clear Selection/Esc and per-pane format controls. Verified 1,748 full Viewer / 131 startup-RAW / 779 full Comparator checks, common UI/core tests and both ordinary/instrumented Release builds. New binaries are prepared; existing user windows remain untouched. Keep this issue open and PR draft pending review; no merge or release.

RAW 기본 조작·자동 재생 후속 수정 / RAW controls and autoplay — 2026-10-18

fe4439f: RAW 해상도·Color Space 명령은 동작하지만 상단 이름이 갱신되지 않던 회귀를 수정했습니다. 실제 메뉴 활성화·WM_COMMAND·해석 값·표시된 해상도/프레임 수·상단 버튼 이름을 검사합니다. Page Up/Page Down 및 새 파일 열기의 자동 재생에 다중 프레임 RAW를 포함하고, 설정 명칭을 Autoplay Multi-frame Files로 명확히 했습니다. 기존 설정값은 유지하며 단일 프레임·자동 재생 해제·내부 reload는 재생하지 않습니다.

최종 검증: 전체 Viewer 1,717 PASS, 시작/RAW 100 PASS, 공통 Windows UI/Core 검사, 일반·검사용 Viewer Release 빌드 및 diff 검사 통과. 일반 수정본: Viewer/x64/Issue120RawPlaybackReview/Viewer.exe (새 일반 창은 실행하지 않았고 사용자의 기존 창은 그대로 유지).

우클릭/Options 재배치는 검토안이며 미구현입니다. 권장: 두 앱의 Selection Mode와 Viewer의 Sync Input은 Options에도 제공하되 우클릭 접근을 유지. Comparator Clear Selection은 우클릭/Esc 동작으로 유지하고 패널별 Color Space는 패널에 둡니다. 사용자 결정 전 메뉴를 옮기지 않습니다.

Fix stale RAW interpretation labels and extend the existing saved autoplay preference to multi-frame RAW on new open and previous/next file navigation, retaining single-frame/internal-reload pause and full-screen/window geometry. Verified 1,717 full Viewer and 100 startup/RAW checks, common UI/core tests and Viewer Release builds. Context-menu relocation is a proposal only, not implemented. PR remains draft; no merge or release. Earlier autoplay setting names below are historical.

커밋 a6e79e9. 최종 코드 검사: Viewer 1,642 PASS, 시작/RAW 86 PASS, Windows UI/Core 검사 및 일반·검사용 Viewer Release 빌드 통과. 수정본 Viewer/x64/Issue120StatusFinalReview/Viewer.exe를 실행해 두었습니다. 일반 창에서는 빈 상태와 File 메뉴를 확인했으며 이후 사용자 입력이 감지되어 자동 조작을 중단했습니다. 로드 후 보간·휠·메뉴 갱신 근거는 실제 앱 통합검사입니다. 병합·릴리즈하지 않았습니다.

Keep sampling at the bottom left and live magnification at the bottom right, removing duplicate top zoom and bottom metadata. Remove File's duplicate browser entry, preserve Browse/E and video progress, and move autoplay into Options. Refresh source-dependent hosted labels once on open, independently of zoom. Final verification: 1,642 full Viewer / 86 startup-RAW checks, common UI/core tests and ordinary/instrumented Viewer Release builds passed. Keep PR #142 draft and #120 open pending review; the earlier contrary layouts below are historical.

Current user-directed revision — restore live magnification (320b468)

• Remove the added Fit/fixed-100% controls, Options entries, handlers and unused reset wrapper.
• Restore the original far-right ID_MAGNIFY as a live read-only percentage; show -- for empty/loading input. Keep mouse-wheel zoom and automatic fitting unchanged.
• Reserve measured font/DPI-aware width and update only changed text, preserving Help/menu/image geometry. Browse position, context styling, hover fix and Comparator are unchanged.
• Verified 74 startup/RAW and 1,212 full Viewer integration checks, shared UI/core tests and ordinary/instrumented Viewer Release builds. Actual native labels/accessibility names follow multiple zoom levels; real WM_MOUSEWHEEL reaches 100% from 99% and zooms beyond it without a button.
• Corrected ordinary Viewer is open from Issue120ZoomReview. Its empty layout was inspected; ordinary file-dialog value automation failed and was cancelled, so loaded-image/wheel evidence is the in-process real-app suite, not an extra ordinary-window claim.

Latest correction — explicit activation and context menus (d9468a0)

• Fix shared native popup tracking: hover switches popups but never executes direct commands; arrow navigation focuses a direct command without executing it. Complete click or explicit Enter/Space activation is required; release outside cancels.
• Place Browse immediately left of Options. Preserve the restored direct input menus, rightmost Fit/100%, always-enabled Compare and File > Open/Ctrl+O.
• Use Comparator's exact WindowsUiMenus renderer for Viewer canvas and thumbnail context menus, including nested menus: shared Pretendard font, palette and measured spacing. Preserve original commands/check states and bound temporary style metadata to popup lifetime.
• Verification passed: 77 startup/RAW, 1,114 full Viewer integration checks, actual native-loop hover/arrow/release/cancel/Enter regressions, common UI/core tests and both Release builds. Ordinary-app inspection confirmed the fix and both context popups; corrected Viewer is open from Issue120BrowseReview.

Earlier Browse-after-Options descriptions below are superseded. Keep draft pending user review; no OS changes, merge or release.

• Restore top-level resolution, pixel-format and FPS menus; remove More and its Viewer overflow policy. Narrow windows wrap visible commands as before.
• Move View contents into Options alongside Theme and remove View.
• Place Fit and 100% as the two far-right commands. Keep the trailing group together when it fits a row, using a Viewer-only opt-in; Comparator layout is unchanged.
• Preserve File > Open, Ctrl+O, always-enabled main Compare, read-only status and media/view state.
• Verification: 1,104 full Viewer integration checks, 73 startup/RAW checks, core/shared UI tests, both ordinary Release builds and direct ordinary-app inspection passed. Updated Viewer is open for review. No OS settings changed, merge or release.

Latest revision — remove duplicate Open

Commit 61ad9a9 removes only the redundant top-level Open entry and its layout rule. File > Open and Ctrl+O remain unchanged, as do Compare and other command policies/order. Verified 65 startup/RAW checks, 407 loaded-source/shell/navigation checks, common UI/core tests and ordinary/instrumented Viewer Release builds. Running preview windows are untouched; the corrected executable is Viewer/x64/Issue120NoOpenReview/Viewer.exe. No merge/release. Earlier descriptions below of a separate Open button are historical.

Latest correction — Compare is a launcher

Commit 56bc4da restores always-enabled main Compare, including an empty Viewer window; it opens an empty Comparator workspace without requiring media. Retain current-file forwarding and separate browser-selection validation. No overflow priorities or layout changes. Verified 52 startup/RAW checks, 436 focused loaded-source/shell/navigation checks, shared UI/core tests and both Release builds. A direct ordinary-app Compare click opened exactly one empty A/B Comparator. Earlier disabled-empty-Compare notes and full-suite counts below are historical. Both preview apps are running; no merge or release.

Summary

• Reuse the existing Viewer command row for File / Open / Browse / Fit / 100% / View / Options / Compare / Help / More; no additional toolbar row.
• Measure full labels at the current DPI/text scale and move lower-priority actions into More instead of wrapping. Preserve native HMENU tracking, command IDs, disabled/checked state, Alt navigation and visual/accessible order.
• Separate actual input/conversion dimensions/format, zoom, Fit/Manual, sampling mode and presented frame position into a native read-only status line with full tooltip/accessibility text. Preserve full screen, image-first startup, E/manual-anchor behavior, playback and GPU state.
• Keep Comparator's layout unchanged.
• Include previously verified post-v2.8.1 autoplay / disabled-outline / idle-refresh follow-up as separate prerequisite commit eb5a5aa. The Windows UI redesign: Refine the Viewer command and status bars #120 change is 158e856. These fixes are not represented as already released.

Verification

• Final real Viewer integration: 1,221 PASS, exit 0; startup/empty/RAW: 49 PASS, exit 0.
• Comparator full integration: 760 PASS, exit 0, including actual LPIPS inference and two/three/four-source state preservation.
• WindowsUiTypographyTests and CoreRegressionTests passed. New layout matrix: four DPIs × five text factors × five widths; native popup tracking executes a command once and retains borrowed submenu lifetimes. Actual MFC client sizes 640×480 / 960×600 / 1440×900 DIP pass.
• Both ordinary Windows Release/x64/v143 builds succeeded; local version remains 0.0.0-dev. git diff --check passed.
• Ordinary Viewer inspection confirmed command/status separation, final accessibility order and keyboard access to the original RAW resolution popup.

Review / limits

User visual approval remains pending; keep this PR draft and #120 open. Actual OS settings were 96 DPI / text factor 1.000; calculated DPI/text-scale matrices are not live Windows Settings or mixed-monitor certification. File Open modal focus automation was unreliable and cancelled without typing; loaded-image behavior is verified in the actual-app integration suite. No OS security/appearance settings changed. The direct dev-version script is still blocked by machine execution policy; the existing generated dev header was verified without bypassing it. No merge, tag, release or shutdown.

Closes #120 upon an approved eventual merge.
