build(deps): raise the undici 8 override to 8.12.2 - #450

pnpm-workspace.yaml pins jsdom's undici dependency through an override, and that pin held it at 8.10.2. Releases before 8.12.2 have one high and two medium advisories: a DoS through excessive content-encodings, unbounded memory in the EventSource parser, and an SRI bypass through non-lowercase algorithm tokens. Dependabot cannot raise an overridden version, so move the override itself. undici reaches only test tooling through jsdom; nothing published depends on it. ranui (1719), ranview (366), docs (155) and im (126) tests pass. Versions before 8.12.2 carry one high and two medium Dependabot advisories (alerts 262, 260, 258):Dependabot cannot raise a version that an override pins, which is why #448 did not cover it. This PR moves the override to 8.12.2. Only test tooling uses undici, through jsdom; no published package depends on it.
Local checks: ranui (1719), ranview (366), docs (155) and im (126) tests pass, and
pnpm install --frozen-lockfileis clean.The open dompurify and @vitest/mocker alerts are already fixed on main (3.4.17 and 4.1.12, from #440 and #448). GitHub closes them once its dependency graph refreshes.
