Failure encoding certain unicode Chars into array parameters

I saw this failure with the Maybe Char test

              Details: Unexpected "}" character.
          
            This failure can be reproduced by running:
            > recheckAt (Seed 9038206949352510644 11353747757927340183) "96:" <property>
          
        Use "--pattern '$NF ~ /Maybe Char/' --hedgehog-replay '96: Seed 9038206949352510644 11353747757927340183'" to reproduce from the command-line.
