This was PR #5863 (jlarabie/shard-test-suite-2) at head 9fb2b86ec3309bafd33afe260d90922677c1f190, running on Windows runner ghr-7296473e. The failure happened in Run smoketest partition (Windows) while running spacetimedb-smoketests::cluster::templates::test_template_tanstack_ts.

The test initialized and published the tanstack-ts template, then failed during pnpm install in the generated template directory:

The latest release of @tanstack/react-router is "1.170.35".

Root cause visible in this exact attempt: pnpm could not install a transitive TanStack dependency for the generated template. The registry metadata reported @tanstack/react-router@1.170.35 as latest, while the exact version lookup still failed. That points to npm registry/package visibility propagation or package-age policy timing around a newly published TanStack package, not a SpacetimeDB runtime assertion failure.
