State in the README intro that this is the official SDK, and link to the other official SDK and to the MCP server for Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT. AI engines do not connect cloro to its SDKs and MCP server (MAR-404).

Summary
The README intro now says that this is the official JS SDK for cloro, for TypeScript and Node. It links to the official Python SDK (
cloroon PyPI) and to the MCP server for Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT.On the tracked GEO prompt "Which SERP API has an official Python SDK and an MCP server?", AI engines retrieve SerpApi in 200 of 211 answers and cloro in 2, although cloro has both. The README is one of the pages they can read, so it now states the facts in plain words.
Changes
README.md: the intro says "The official JS SDK for cloro, for TypeScript and Node". A new paragraph names the Python SDK and the MCP server, with links.Part of MAR-404. The same change is in cloro-dev/cloro-python, and the landing page has a matching section (cloro-dev/landing-page#471).
